THE COMPANY
Prudential California Realty, located in Northridge, California is a full-service real estate brokerage firm specializing in the sale of residential, investment and commercial properties. Established in 1981, the company is supported by executives with over 70 years combined experience in the Real Estate industry, with its primary objective to provide superior service for our clients, and maintain a professional and technological atmosphere for our high-caliber Real Estate Agents.
John Maquar, has truly created a success story. He has provided a solid foundation of ethics, expert management and operational skills to support the growth of their company to over 100 professional sales associates and support staff.
In order to support our expanding base of existing and new clients, Prudential California Realty has established a fully computerized Relocation and R.E.O. Department servicing many of the Fortune 500 Companies, adding yet another dimension to our full service operation.
THE OWNER
John Maquar, Co-Founder/President/Broker, has been licensed by the Department of Real Estate since 1974. Mr. Maquar has served as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® , the California Association of REALTORS® , and the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® . He was elected and served as President of Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® in 1996, an organization of over 6,000 members.
Mr. Maquar takes special pride in his many years of involvement with the Professional Standards Committee (on the local, state and national level – a committee dedicated to establishing and enforcing the code of ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® . Mr. Maquar has been a member of various REALTOR® associations throughout Southern California, as well as the California Association of Mortgage Brokers and the California Escrow Association.
